I stand behind my product and will be happy to work with you in returning the item in exchange for a different item of equal value. Why no refunds, you ask?
Once a product is sent out, it cannot be given to anyone else. These are product that we put on our body - they cannot be recycled. I know that I certainly would be upset if I received a product under those conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
